ABOUT THIS PROJECT

This somewhat sleepy-from-the-outside 1950's ranch is situated on a half-acre corner lot in the heart of the North Hills area of Raleigh.  Phase I renovations repurposed a living room into a large dining room off the kitchen, transformed a tired walk-through family room into a cozy den, and took the kitchen to the studs to completely reimagine that space for the routines of a busy family.  Phase II will include an addition off either side of the home and a new garage with bonus space above.  We're letting the great bones of this home and its expansive yard guide its transformation.
