ABOUT THIS PROJECT

This house was truly a labor of love. We partnered with a most trusted builder - who had become a good friend - to create this amazing spec house together. What was once a dilapidated hoarder's paradise, became a sparkling, full renovation and addition, complete with all new guts and tons of old charm. We retained and renovated the original structure (even raised the existing staircase six inches!), made additions for modern family living, and provided the house with a glorious facelift, including a wrap-around porch. The result was a well-appointed 5 bedroom/4.5 bath home with a 3.5 car garage (that we made accessible to the yard for hauling kid stuff in and out). I'll admit to wanting to move in here myself!
