ABOUT THIS PROJECT

This beautiful home on Chicago’s North Shore was built in the early 1900s and needed an addition to help its family of four (soon to be five!) grow into it for years to come. The addition allowed for an expanded kitchen that was open to the new family room. We also updated the design of the dining room, powder room, and mudroom to give the whole home a polished and livable look. The homeowners had their hearts set on a built-in banquette for easy dining - we delivered! Every aspect of this design proved to be as useful as it was beautiful for this growing family.
