Our clients loved their in-town location and needed more room, but did not want to buy a spec house that was common in the area. We gutted their existing home, dug out basement space and created an L-shaped addition off the back. The resulting four bedroom and three and a half baths provide all of the space and functionality desired by this busy family.  She is a Southern gal and he is a Newport surfer - the finishes reflect both of their tastes and the desire to live with as much light and air as possible.
