Mayfair

We took this home down to the literal studs and rebuilt it completely while saving its original charm.  Packing a whopping four bedrooms and three and a half baths into the existing footprint, this home lives large. We removed an internal winding staircase to double the size of the kitchen, closed off space to create new powder, laundry and pantry spaces, and transformed the original screened porch into an incredibly hard-working foyer replete with full-size coat closet. Adding a gas fireplace gave the expansive living area a gorgeous and cozy focal point.
