Eleventh

Built in 1894, this historic home was thoughtfully renovated to honor its original architecture while adapting it for modern family life. We preserved the soul of the house—its tall ceilings and charming proportions—while introducing traditional finishes.  The layout of the existing house was carefully reworked to support today’s routines, and a significant addition offered much needed space for this family of four.  The home’s original staircase is a defining architectural feature—gracefully rising from the main level before softening into a subtle curve at the top.  The library is a focal point, with access through original doors on two sides.  The overall design reflects a balance of classic materials and detailing alongside modern conveniences and a sense of ease.
