Five Points

This project was all about working with what was already there - refining the existing layout and making smart, focused changes that had a big impact. We redesigned the kitchen to improve flow and function, making it better suited for everyday life for this busy family with young children.  With just a modest addition, we added a large, hardworking closet (currently the "Band Room") and a laundry room that’s both efficient and beautifully finished. The space left by the previous laundry area was then incorporated into the new bathroom for three kids to share. The result is a home that feels more open, more intentional, and far more tailored to the way this family actually lives—without ever overbuilding.
