Lake Gaston
What began as a tired, timeworn structure was carefully reimagined into a cozy, elevated home with a charming cottage feel. With a shoreline location that provides both sunrises and sunsets, it was simply too special to not save. Though the footprint remained modest, every surface was touched: old finishes removed, layout reworked for better flow, and light thoughtfully introduced. We leaned into classic materials, soft textures, and layered details that give the home soul without overstatement. The result is a space that feels collected rather than decorated—warm, refined, and perfectly suited to modern living, all while honoring the simplicity and intimacy of its scale. It accommodates lake life all year round.
